Those who enjoy TSA PreCheck benefits can now apply for Gateside by TSA PreCheck to access the post-security area at Clinton National Airport without a departing flight. Once approved, they may meet arriving passengers at the gate, accompany departing travelers or enjoy shopping and dining beyond security.

Clinton National Airport is one of a select number of airports nationwide piloting the program during September.

Gateside passes are free but must be requested online one to three days in advance, and applicants must have a Known Traveler Number (KTN) to be eligible. Approved visitors must undergo screening through a TSA PreCheck lane before entering the post-security area.
