Our Customer Care Center, located on the upper floor of the terminal across from River Bend Restaurant, provides general flight schedule and airport questions, copying, notarizing, paging and a language line for customers needing translation services.

Did You Lose Something?

Airport Customer Care staff will secure all found items within the airport and make every effort to locate owners.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 3 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

Saturday-Sunday, 5 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

To Pick Up Items

Bring your ID to pick up lost items

Once you properly identify items, you can pick them up. 

Monday- Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Customer Care Can Ship!

Federal Express: With your FedEx account, Customer Care can prepare items for shipment Monday – Friday before 5:00 p.m.

U.S. Mail: Customer Care can return small items via U.S. Mail if you forward a self-stamped mailing envelope/container to our mailing address.

Please note: Customer Care will hold items 30 days from the date of receipt.
