Shane Carter, APR, C.M.

Shane Carter oversees air service development, governmental affairs, communications and marketing for Clinton National Airport.

Before joining the airport, he served as a vice president for a health care system, leading public relations and marketing, governmental affairs, philanthropy and senior living development and operations.

Carter earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and political science from Arkansas State University and a master’s degree from Seton Hall University. He holds Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).

He is active in AAAE, Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) and PRSA, as well as the Rotary Club of Little Rock, and serves on several local and industry boards.
