David Finnie

David Finnie brings more than 25 years of experience in the development and construction industry into his role as Director of Infrastructure Development for Clinton National Airport. Finnie worked in Commercial General Contracting before joining the airport in 2023, on major projects that included NFL football stadiums and high-rise apartment/mixed-use buildings, as well as large airports.

Finnie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis and is also a graduate of Little Rock’s Catholic High School.
