Tiffany Mays O’Guinn

Chairwoman Tiffany Mays O’Guinn was appointed to the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission in December 2020. She is freelance counsel with the law firm of Mays, Byrd & Associates. Mrs. Mays O’Guinn received a Bachelors of Art from Spelman College in Atlanta, and earned a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston.
