Civil Rights and Compliance Programs

Clinton National Airport is committed to ensuring equal opportunity, nondiscrimination and accessibility in all aspects of our operations, services and business practices. Our Civil Rights & Compliance Programs support federal requirements and promote fair access for travelers, employees and businesses in our community.
These programs are governed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and reflect our commitment to operating a safe and responsibly managed airport.

ADA/Section 504 Compliance Program

The airport is committed to providing an accessible environment for all travelers and employees. Our ADA/504 Compliance Program addresses accessibility requirements for facilities, services and communication to ensure individuals with disabilities have equal access.

Title VI Nondiscrimination Program

Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the airport ensures that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of or discriminated against on the basis of race, color or national origin in any program or activity.
This section includes complaint procedures, policy statements and public notices in accordance with federal regulations.
