Mountain Time in No Time- Nonstop service to Salt Lake City on Delta

Travelers can now fly west from Clinton National Airport without first having to go east, with the launch of nonstop service to Salt Lake City on Delta.

Nonstop flights now depart daily from Little Rock (LIT) at 6:15 p.m., arriving in Salt Lake City (SLC) at 8:37 p.m. For complete flight schedules and tickets, visit delta.com

The nonstop route launched in early September and was celebrated with a gate event featuring mountain-themed refreshments and giveaways. Salt Lake City-based Swig, home of the original dirty soda, treated passengers to complimentary sodas and refreshers.

“It’s a big deal when the capital city can continue to provide these services for all our residents, not only here in Little Rock, but throughout central Arkansas and the entire state,” said Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott.

Passengers and crew members were honored with a traditional water cannon salute as the plane taxied to the runway. Book your ticket now at delta.com.
