Passenger Drop-off & Pick-up

Drop-off

Starting Wednesday, January 22, passenger drop-offs will be moved to the outer commercial vehicle curb. To assist passengers, short-term parking in front of the ticket lobby has been converted to an hourly lot, offering free parking for the first 45 minutes to accommodate those needing additional time for loading and unloading.

Travelers are advised to allow extra time and follow posted signage. 

Pick-up

Arriving passengers may be picked up at baggage claim curbside, which is entrance D.

For your convenience, drivers may use our cell phone lot or our new drop-off/pick-up lot while awaiting an arriving passenger.  Our free cell phone lot is located on East Roosevelt Road, west of the terminal near our west runway. The new drop-off/pick-up lot is located in front of the ticket lobby, adjacent to the east short-term lot. The first 45 minutes in this lot are free.
