Director – Human Resources & Administration

Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport, Little Rock

Clinton National Airport is seeking a career oriented Human Resources Professional to lead a dynamic environment employing 165 staff members in full-time disciplines including Executive Management, Human Resources & Administration, Property & Leasing, Planning & Development (Engineering), Air Service Development, Finance, Procurement, Airfield & Landside Operations, Facility Maintenance, and Customer Service.

Position Responsibilities:
Manage, direct, and coordinate personnel and employee development services including; recruitment, retention, retirement, compensation and benefits administration, health and safety, worker’s compensation, employee relations, succession planning, performance evaluations, and training and development.  Provide employee support through quality programs and activities while ensuring compliance with all related policies, procedures, regulations and laws.  Develop and execute human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Airport.

Position Requirements:  

  • BS Degree in HR Management or a relevant field of study.
  • Twelve to fifteen years of progressive experience with a minimum of five years at a senior management level.

Certifications:  

  • SHRM or HRCI strongly preferred and supported.
