DIRECTOR - PROPERTIES, PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
Thomas Clarke’s nearly 25 years of experience has helped enhance convenience and comfort for passengers at Clinton National Airport. Clark recently completed oversight of the airport’s $67 million construction initiative, the largest in the airport’s history.
As director of properties, planning and development, Clarke is responsible for master planning, design, project development, commercial real estate and tenant business operations.
Prior to joining Clinton National Airport, Clarke served as manager of engineering and planning for Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority.
Clarke has earned a Master of Business Administration from Memphis State University, a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Christian Brothers College in Memphis.
Thomas is a registered Professional Civil Engineer and a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives Accredited Airport Executive Program. He has been an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis and Christian Brothers College.
