Ground Transportation
You’ve made it off of your flight and through the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport terminal, grabbed your bags and now need transportation to your final destination. Now what?
Taxi, rental cars, public transit, shuttle and ride-sharing options are available just outside the terminal. Here’s what you should know about each:
- Taxi service is available outside of Exit H on the west side of baggage claim, closest to carousel one. A list of taxi services with contact information is available here.
- For shuttle pickup, use Exit D, near carousel three. A covered shuttle pickup area is located at the commercial curb.
- Ride-sharing pick-up is located at Exit F, toward the rental car counter. Use the crosswalk to access the marked pickup zones near the entrance to the Parking Deck. Uber and Lyft service the airport and zTrip, which provides lift van service for disabled customers. zTrip reservations are required 24 hours in advance and can be secured by calling 501-222-2222.
- Rock Region Metro provides public transportation to and from the airport. Pickup is located at the shuttle pick-up area, accessed by using Exit D, near baggage claim carousel three. Rock Region Metro can be accessed through an app or by calling 501-476-3761.
