Starting May 7, 2025, anyone boarding a domestic fight must have a REAL ID driver's license, identification card or valid U.S. passport.
A REAL ID can be obtained at any Arkansas revenue office.
Congress passed the REAL ID Act in 2005 based on a recommendation from the 9/11 Commission. The law sets federal security standards for state-issued identification, including driver’s licenses and ID cards. Federal agencies cannot accept identification that does not meet these standards.
