DIRECTOR - AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT
You’ll likely not see T.J. Williams when you’re flying, but chances are she played a big role in getting the air service you’re using. As Director of Air Service Development, Ms. Williams leads our efforts to attract and retain air carriers, their routes and frequencies offered at Clinton National. Ms. Williams markets Little Rock and the state of Arkansas directly to airlines, which is extremely competitive.
Ms. Williams has worked for more than 35 years in public affairs, community relations and on-air roles with media organizations. She joined the airport leadership team in 2001.
Williams has earned a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from John Brown University. She serves as an adjunct instructor for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Williams is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives, Airports Council International, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and an Inductee in the Lambda Kappa Chapter of Delta Mu Delta (ΔΜΔ) International Honor Society in Business.
