DIRECTOR – AIR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT
Rachel Bader’s 25 + years of aviation experience has brought her into contact with all areas of the industry. She is currently responsible for working with airlines to retain and expand air service and for marketing initiatives to increase passengers. Rachel also acts as a terminal liaison for airport management, staff and other key stakeholders.
Ms. Bader joined Clinton National in 2017 as a part of the Operations Division, with responsibility for operations, control of airfield and contractor activities, and compliance with safety and security regulations. She was appointed liaison to coordinate operations between airlines and contractors during an $11 Million Dollar terminal ramp construction project. She was promoted to Manager - Air Service Development in 2019 and later promoted to Director - Air Service Development in 2021.
Before joining the airport, Rachel served as a career veteran of the United States Air Force. She spent more than 10 years in various leadership positions, serving as the Airfield Manager of Operations at large military airports nationally such as Elmendorf Air Force Base – Alaska, Joint Base Andrews – Maryland, Travis Air Force Base – California, and internationally Kunsan Air Base – Korea, and Manas International Airport – Kyrgyzstan.
